I was going for a baseball like swing in panel 3, but I'm not sure it looks like that. I suspected that would have been the most similar thing Annie there might have done.

Please pardon my observation, but I noticed in the panel that after she hit the doppleganger with, the metal pole was straight. But in the next panel, it's badly bent. Shouldn't the pole be bent right after she hit the doppleganger in the middle panel? Or did I miss something that would explain it?

You're right. I did that last (her swinging), and I think some part of my logic was that if it was bent, it might seem like she was swinging a bent pole.

I thought it was a good way to show a difference between the two. Tabitha kept trying to bluff out of fighting, and Annie did that too, but she told the truth.
