I'm not sure if this was really obvious, or this will be a surprise. I tried to make sure what she said wasn't too positive or negative, I wanted her to sound like she hadn't really considered there was a choice.

It was tempting to have a whole chapter or more with Annie with her natural body, but that would also mean her with no powers, and this was her first fight in a while considering when her suit was hacked. I think the story needs more stability before I should start shaking things up.

So just making this an event that brings up the idea that something could trigger her back seemed like a better fit for now.

So I'll probably save a story about low-power Annie for sometime later.

I also made some color changes to pages 109, 112 & 113, 121. Added shading to pages 110 and 130, and flipped the last panel horizontally on page 128.

Another great looking page. I also actually like the way the story has been going on the last three pages. It's actually exciting.

GREAT direction for this sequence to go in, and I LOVE the Status Quo-power effect.

Who is she and why doesn't she fix the fossil people?

She's a random person. I thought the city might just have some random powerful person they'd bump into. She could be a cape but without her costume now, or someone who is trying to be incognito.

Maybe she's tried, or didn't have powers at the time and now it's been too long? OR if she tried she'd also resurrect the creature too? She turns back time on a certain area.

Yeah very dangerous. Wouldn't want that thing to pop up again. Faceless dude was powerful.
