Delphi here was one of the heroes who was petrified during the prologue at the beginning of the comic.
After the hospital scene, the story jumped back to the earlier in the day of the prologue to explain the Silver Dragon's actions since. The events of the prologue at the beginning of the comic start in a few pages.
At this point, Annie looks like she was shown in the vision of the future. BUT, in one of the shots she's in her suit but still with her natural body.
My point here is that this isn't the future that ends up happening for some reason. On the previous page, Delphi warned that if someone knows the future, they can accidentally change it.
I suspect there are a lot of little tidbits that seem more obvious or different after you've read the story once. I tried to insert future references, or items that would have a different or more than one meaning once the reader had more information.
Like Grace, Zoe, and Charlotte all appeared in the background of panels before they were introduced.
